What counts as a prompt?
A prompt is a question we run against AI models on your behalf (e.g. "best CRMs for startups"). Prompt limits are counted per project, so each project you track gets its own allowance across your chosen models.
How often is data refreshed?
Starter refreshes weekly; Growth and Scale refresh daily. Public mention channels are monitored continuously on every plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Annual plans are billed yearly at a 2-month discount.
How many team seats are included?
Starter includes 3 seats, Growth 10, and Scale 100 — enough to bring in your team and clients. Need more? Additional seats are available on any plan; just reach out and we'll sort it.
